We had two people in the room but there were only towels and robe for 1 person. We had to call the front desk to get some more towels. The front desk quickly responded though. Thank you.....

When you pick up laundry, have the house keeping team put new slips and bags in the room so we can do laundry again if we like. Also, keep my Premier Club card number on file so I do not have to get a new number every time I visit.

В анкете отзывов (которая лежит в номере) подкорректировать перевод на украинский язык - Чи рекомендували БИ Ви...? Также, самостоятельно по приложенной инструкции не смогла изменить установку на холод/на нагрев. Возможно, следует детальнее расписать этот момент в инструкции к кондиционеру.

There is nothing to do better in this hotel, one of the best places i ever stayed. Very friendly, good english skilled stuff, helped in every situation. Also the room was amazing.

систему бронирования.Номер бронировался примерно за 2 недели до заселения по цене на 300 гривен дешевле чем указали при заселении.Изза этого осталось неприятное общее впечатление.

Please thanks the lovely brunette girl at the sky bar for me. She took good care of myself during my staying at the sky bar and please kindly send to her my sincere apologices . She was joust wanderful and did not deserve my complain over the bill because was not her fault but it was my fault. I should Always remember the standard rule: 'Always to look at the menu price before ordering, I did not do that so at the end was joust my fault entirily! Thank you

Dear Management Team, I would like to tell you my thoughts and opinion about mine and my girlfriend stay in your hotel between 30th to 7th of January 2017. In general we were very happy with your hotel and service. But there are a few points we would like to make you aware of. Firstly we were not happy with the way one of your security man approached as on 31.12.2016 saying that we were not allow making photos in a hall of the hotel on our camera, but only on mobile phone or we have to pay in reception a fees to be allowed making a photos. But the issue was quickly resolved by reception staff after our complaint about confrontation with security man. The same problem we had in a restaurant on 11th floor on Thursday the 5th of January when administrator approached as saying that I was not allow to make a pictures or photos of my girlfriend singing karaoke. But I have resolved the problem by explaining and giving an example of previous incident with security man. Secondly we were very disappointed when restaurant administrator told me that I must pay for damaged sofa when HOOKAH (Kalijan) incidentally overturn on sofa while my girlfriend was singing song and I was few metres away from incident. However we were very pleased with the way Manager (Andrey) was involved and resolved the issue by saying that we do not have to pay for the damaged sofa and apologise for any inconvenience caused. After all we were very surprised that restaurant administrator and others were worrying more about damaged sofa then my girlfriend not being hurt by heated coal. Nobody come over to ask her if she was alright. We would advice you to provide more training to a security staff and all hotel personal staff. We believe that security should be more smiling and looking welcoming but not looking like they are ''waiting for their wife's leaving the hotel with their lovers''. And hotel staff should more care about visitors health and safety but not about hotel furniture. Also we would like to advice you, because we are really care about quality of Premier Palace Hotel to change bed laundry. Please change Polyester bed laundry to a good quality 100% cotton bed laundry. Many Thanks for understanding. And we are looking forward to stay in your hotel in nearest future... Dear Customer Service manager, You have a lovely htel with friendly and polite staffs but you have serious major 2 problems in Room No.709 , details are as follows: 1) My wife and I stayed in your hotel for 12 nights . The heating and ventilation system in this room is very uncomfortable because the air inside room is very dry despite using humidifier provided by the housekeeping department. We had a few sleepless nights. 2) The room is always dusty despite housekeeping department cleaning the carpet almost every day. The dust was witnessed by the hotel staff in various parts of the room.

I thought you guys were perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the concierge, Vitaly. My wife and I very much liked the room service: How fast it was, how good the food, and how good the waiters. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. My wife and I especially liked that everyone on staff was attentive of our two small children, giving them little dolls when we arrived, giving them their own shampoos and soaps in the shape of alligators and so forth. That was really lovely, and very appreciated. This was our second stay at your hotel. We extended this second visit because of how good the service, and how cozy the rooms. Don't change a thing!!

I love this place. You guys are great. One little thing I noticed is the towels. They are getting kind of old and thin. Maybe if you have some money to invest, you could get new plush towels. Everything else was perfect!
